The powerful practice you didn't know you needed.

Laura L. Rubin is the founder of AllSwell Creative, a mindful writing company devoted to cultivating self-awareness and creativity through journaling. A leading voice in the modern mindfulness movement, Rubin has been featured in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Vogue, and Forbes for her work connecting the simple act of writing with the science of emotional wellbeing.

Rubin is also the founder of EndsWell, a nonprofit initiative that pairs trained journaling facilitators with underserved communities, using the written word as a tool for healing, self-expression, and resilience. She lives in Sag Harbor, New York.
