Flexibility is key to success in business (and life).
I’m writing this from the airport in Genoa where my flights today seem, well, uncertain. There’s fog in Amsterdam where I’m connecting on my way to London. The gate agent has been super helpful (grazie mille!) and I am remaining flexible. What’s the alternative?
