"It’s a process, but it works."
I got to talk business evolution on the "Here’s What I Learned Podcast".
I met Systems Strategist Jacki Hayes the same way I meet so many other awesome women business owners… in a well-run online networking group. While I’m branching out to more IRL events in New York which I’m loving, nothing beats these groups for the sheer variety of female founders they bring together.
Jacki is most definitely one of these awesome women. So when we had a 1:1 following the networking event, and she asked me to be a guest on her Here’s What I Learned podcast, I jumped at the chance. We had such a fun, fast conversation and it ended up being one of the most aligned interviews I’ve ever done.
We explored how human design, agency, and pricing all play into the shift from freelancer to CEO. And why learning to trust yourself is often the hardest and most necessary part of entrepreneurship.
We didn’t talk hustle. We didn’t talk quick wins.
We talked the truth.
We covered:
→ what uncertainty teaches us as founders
→ how I pivoted from done-for-you consulting into coaching + strategy
→ what Human Design helps me understand about how I work best
→ and why your business model should match your life — not just your skills and expertise
And if you’re up for it, I’d love to know what your takeaways are.
Until next time,
Katherine
